If your child isn’t eating well then it is an ‘emergency’ situation by default. He/she won’t be able to deliver a good performance. The simple funda is that the brain needs food to function. Also. nutrition has to be taken care of when a child is exhausting his/her energy the whole day. You cannot stop your child while he is in the school, but you can monitor his/her eating schedule. Make it a point that your child eats healthy vegetables properly. Only a healthy child can be a happy child :)
